ORIENTED MOVEMENT OF VISUAL AND MENTAL FORM.

The training with movement contains other forms of study.
On the base of the DNA of letters and numbers technique it happens by auditory, visual and kinesthetic impulses in a connection between the ciphers and movements along with a rhythmic conditioning. This happens for dismemberment of the body for the use of DNA of letters and numbers technique as well as its microstructure and with that the deciphering of a partial area of the brain with this training form.
All the senses are tied between themselves by the inclusion of movements, movement  models , movement processes , movement images , geometric figures, alphabetical and numerical figures, units of time and spatial units with scales, with analogical and digital auditory impulses in coordination and combined with the stimulation of the different channels of senses (VAKOG-senses Visual-Auditory-Tactile - Olfactory - Gustatory in the sense of the Neuro Linguistic- Programming, NLP) in the form of a narrow tie to achieve the activation and synchronization using them as a psycho-corrective system. 
THE TRAINING WITH MOVEMENT IS THE CARRIER OF VISUAL IMPULSE AS CEREBRAL ESTIMULATORS.

A LINKAGE EXISTS BETWEEN THE MOVEMENTS OF THE BODY WITH THE PSYCHIC PROCESSES AND THE FORMATION OF CONNECTIONS IN THE BRAIN.

• The movements of the body can be combined with mental and cognitive processes to stimulate positively the formation of neural connections. This makes possible the training with movement in the different ways of channels interlaced with geometric, symmetric and asymmetric figures.
Nevertheless we can do studies of force with exercises of torsion (contrasts) in symmetrical and asymmetrical positions of the top part of the body with the lower, examples: Argentine tango, Yoruba, Yoga, and other Latin dances .
The geometric figures can be used combining the movements of an auditory sign of the rhythm with a scale of timetables .
EMOTIONAL LANGUAGE OF THE BODY.

Departing from the reality and from the gestures of the daily life, a new language was prepared to express the emotions through the body. There was studied the expressiveness of every muscle and joint, parameters of the movement were analyzed like the time, the weight or the energy, the trip of the movement in the space, the continuity or discontinuity of this one, everything from the motivation and the daily gesture.

In this effort is registered the investigation of the Hungarian Rudolf Laban (1879-1958) who studied the movements of the daily work. He made experiments first with the movements of professional craftsmen in Germany, and later with those of the industrial workers in England.

For this route he discovered that the quality of the movement is the most important factor to know how a person moves from certain stimulus or motivation. The motivation is the central point that allows us to understand how the movement is realized, since every emotional gesture coincides with a certain corporal declaration expressed in movement or in the expressive quietude with a corporal specific tension.

The movements can be:

• Free or restricted ( by continuity)
• Light  or heavy ( by its weight)
• Direct or indirect ( by its form in the space)
• Rapid or supported ( by its time)
In the movement operates several oppositions or contraries giving place to basic actions from the parameters, effort, time, space and continuity.

As result of the combination of these parameters arises a quality of the movement that gives us its form, for example, the form in which the body moves in the space, with a time and certain energy.
