MODERATE STIMULATION OF COGNITIVE PROCESSES  DNA OF LETTERING AND OF NUMBERS.
The second center of gravity of the training with movement is given in the moderated stimulation for the training of the cognitive processes through the DNA of lettering and numbers.
In the education of the training with movement we use several basic actions, some of them are used daily (to feel, to turn, to beat ........) and external sources that we receive and they turn into stimul ations until we achieve a perception of them (sounds, natural movements, colors, forms .....)

THE TRAINING WITH MOVEMENT PROVOKES THE CENTRALIZATION OF THE BODY.
The first center of gravity is given by Body-Flexibility-Sensibility-Senses and the conditioning of the rhythm. With this the basic actions and the influence of the external sources are integrated giving a bipolar complementary beginning of the training with movement.
The training with movement contains persons of a determined program of corporal refining , who contact with the dynamics of Latin music and its rhythms. In the beginning of the training with movement it happens that the brain and the body have an accompaniment impelled by the rhythm and a conditioned corporal separation in order to obtain a motor precision , the coordination capacity on having liberated corporal areas, also determine the new categories of movements in increase of the good corporal state (mind and body)
Developing the psychophysical mastery of the individual and his sensory sense.
The psychic - corporal image and the domination of the body are ruled based on the rhythm like a specific conditioning. Internalizing the rhythm, we motivate the senses and the impulses of the individual.

 IMPULSES OF THE RHYTHM AS FUNDAMENTAL CONDITIONING.
The impulses of rhythm must stimulate like direct touches and carriers of the impulses in the determined movements of the body and the sense of the cells under the inclusion of vibratory sensations to develop with motor precision an ideal determined reflex. Also the sensitized conditioning happens with the increase of the sensory-motor capacity. The conditioning of the moderated training happens in the base of a classical conditioning developed by Pawlow.
In the training the mental and physical union happens in the sense of the coordination, separating at the same time the movements and the areas of the body, independently and moderately with a determined rhythm. Also they put themselves in a new, wider context and it is combined with the different sensations and the sense of perception.
